First week in Moscow
... it was time really to go out for a club for the first. Luckily we have this crazy dutch guy, Nate, living in our dorm and he showed this awsome Club called Barchat. Those upper class clubs here in Moscow are just unbeliveable - music is awsome, atmosphere is party pure and the girls... well yeahh whatever...
Nighttime view from my room:
As the weeked progressed, the dorm (16 floors, 2 floors reserved for Incomings)...
Kitchen for about 40 students...
got filled with incoming students. There are some pretty cool guys among them. In general I met some great russian guys and girls already.
A special thank you goes out to "Sasha from Russia" for organizing so many things for me: As I mentioned above, I didn't have internet from the start. After waiting a couple of days, Sasha called the provider and told them I was the son of the Austrian Prime minister. Unbelieveably the coup worked and half an hour later I had internet access.
Also sports are a important thing here. I bought a football earlier this week and already played against some russian locals on footballfield looking like a mine field. We were really bad at the beginning but finally won (EU-Russia 10:9).
Today I was working out with some locals on a playground (still need to find a gym). In general once you get to know russian they are pretty awsome people.
Last but not least we also visited a Park in Moscow:
Well that's it for today see you soon and keep on reading.
Cheers,
Armin

Привeт and Servus
OMFG, it's only one more week till we touch Russian soil! And at last I, that would me - Armin, also got myself into documenting our Tour de Grand to, in and around Moscow (just in case of sudden memory loss...).
For starters, I am still not really sure what made me go to Moscow - was it the metropolitan lifestyle, the vodka or the russian girls (woha, hold your horses - i have a girlfriend at home...)? Well, probably it was just a mixture of it all. Actually I'm nearly convinced that the flair of Moscow surpasses the god damn winter (Damn you Dom for spending a semester in 30 degree hot Thailand - surf on...).
Oh and I'm not tearing down the city my self - with me are Laura, Sabrina, Viki (check out there blog on http://laura-sabrina-viki-moskau.blogspot.com/ ) then there are Benni, Martin and Elmar (Elmar's Blog). And yes I know, the boy-girl ratio should be somewhate diffrent ;)
So, what's else to say. Check the blog blog frequently. There'll be lots of crazy pictures, text and videos (Still thinking about branding the page as x-rated...).
See you in Moscow
